Le Chic Log Chalet w/ Cozy Spa

Well equipped kitchen. Lots of space. Nice outdoor areas and deck. Good location. The beach was great with lots of equipment, kayaks, life jackets, picnic tables, muskoka chairs. The pool, with the friendly life guard was also really nice.

We had a good stay for a week. A couple inconveniences, couldn’t figure out the WiFi code until we called, front door wouldn’t unlock with the code most of the time, and microwave wasn’t working. Chalet is as pictured, the river just down the road was awesome for river floating. All in all we had a good time.

Ok let's start with the location - it's absolutely dreamy and if you are wanting a cabin lifestyle in the woods you will love it. The property - it's booked through a third party of a. Third party (reserver.ca) and communication was PAINFUL, I made a call for assistance and received no answer. no answer to text messages and zero access to support Cleanliness - this property (70) was at some point wonderful but it's showing age and lack of maintenance - the deck has grass weeds growing on it, the microwave doesn't heat, the dishwasher will work only if you know the magic code and give it a little smack. The beds are spring and you feel it, you also will hear scratches through the wall from Mickey and his friends.... The fans are very dirty and the shower has zero water pressure. This specific property is also at the very top of the hill, so pool and beach are in DRIVING distance... Definitely not walking. Beware of all the xtra fees before you book - the advertised price doesn't hold.

What a great find! The extra amenities the locations has (private beach access / private pool) where such a huge bonus. The chalet itself was great for a few families to stay together, all while having our own spaces. I highly recommend and will definitely reserve a chalet again.

Quelque b-mol sur l’endroit , Plancher douche au sous sol pas propre , poussière sur les rampes d’escalier , divan lit défectueux/dangereux , le coin feu beaucoup trop raprochee des arbres et chaise trop serre pas assez place trop risque de feux et pas de boyaux pour arroser donc pas fait de feux , a mentionner qui avait une keurig (cup) mais aucune a notre arriver seulement bouilloire et percolateur mise a jour devrait être fait ! Sécheuse défectueuse avant meme qu’on l’utilise … nous étions pour un évènement sportif pour le week end et cela nous devait être utilise !! Ouvre boite fonctionne mais lame ‘du’ car n’ouvre pas complètement les cannes . Les chambres bien la chambre avec les trois lit simple jaurait au moin mis de vrais lit et non de lit jumeaux qui son plus petit voir a optimiser l’espace , éclairage feutre mais pas assez quand on veux voir quelque chose !

The chalet was beautifully designed, both the architecture and furnishings, and the perfect setting for our family gathering. All 9 of us, 5 adults and 4 kids, had our own comfortable beds. The large mud room at the entrance with hooks and a bench held all of our ski gear and boots, keeping the living area tidy. The kitchen was modern with an island, perfect for entertaining and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. The environs were beautiful - a 30 min drive from Mont Tremblant. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful chalet and reflect the pictures presented on the website! Chalet is tucked into an intimate setting in the woods surrounded by other chalets which was quite peaceful. Spectacular views that made our Christmas holiday quite enjoyable and felt like we were in the Swiss alps. All amenities included, beds and pillows were VERY comfortable. There are two king size beds (rare to find) and important to us as we have a few folks in our family that are quite tall. There is one bathroom that has a walk-in shower which was quite helpful for my parents. Ski resorts and grocery/convenience stores not too far. Highly recommend this property!! We are ready for our next visit!

Bien que d'autres chalets soient à proximité, ils sont parfaitement cachés, ce qui nous permet de profiter de la tranquillité absolue. Le jacuzzi sur le balcon était un luxe inestimable, surtout avec ce cadre féerique. Le petit salon était d'un confort idéal, et le coin feu à côté est une idée géniale pour des soirées cosy. Nous avons eu la chance de découvrir cet endroit en été, puis en automne, et les couleurs étaient tout simplement à couper le souffle ! Que vous cherchiez à vous reposer ou à vous reconnecter avec la nature, cet endroit est fait pour vous. Une expérience inoubliable, que je recommande vivement à tous les amoureux de la nature ! 🍂❤️"

This property was perfect for our two families vacationing together. All amenities were included, and the location was quiet. The beds were very comfortable; we had two lounge areas so it was perfect for the kids to have their space; spa, outdoor fire pit under the stars, and nearby pool, beach, water sports and tennis court. There was plenty to do! The property was as listed, payment and check-in/check-out were no hassle. The only inconvenience, and this is minor, was that the water pressure in the shower was very low, and the beach/pool access was not available to us after we checked out because we non longer had an access key. Otherwise, I would recommended this property highly!

Great service from the team onsite. Beautiful and clean property, very well equipped. Limited access to tennis/ basketball court and activities in the lake. Overall lovely experience but felt it was too expensive for what it was.

Looking forward to coming back.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful cabin. The environment is astonishing and the cabin is just a pearl, lots of space, super confortable and luxurious. Nous sommes des réguliers à utiliser cette plateforme pour des locations et avions toujours été satisfaits . Cette fois , moins . Le mobilier est à changer , désuets et non confortables. dans le salon pas assez de fauteuils pour 5 personnes , cuisine mal équipée pour cuisiner, aucune pression d’eau pour 1 douche . Endroits cosy et sympathique , emplacement enchanteur , mais améliorations nécessaires...

We enjoyed a great 5 night stay at this chalet, which is tucked into a quiet forest beside Lac Superieur. Located about 20 min from the base of Mont Tremblant it was a great location to gather 2 families, enjoy the quiet setting in the woods, have fun in the hot tub and enjoy some great meals and games in front of a beautiful stone fireplace. I had a number of questions before and during our stay and Patrick was super attentive and timely with his responses. The general store nearby was fantastic (L'etalge marche gourmand) as was the little restaurant on the shore of the lake. Great stay, beds were super comfortable and the amenities were great!

Great spot with plenty of beds. The hot tub somehow managed to stay warm in -30c weather. The house is well equipped for cooking with plenty of cupboard space. The company responds well to messages on the VRBO app which seems like their preferred mode of communication.

I wish I could write a positive review because there were very good things to say but I can not. The presence of bed bugs in virtually every room, bed and couch ruined our family vacation! We were supposed to say 4 days but ended up leaving after 16 hrs. We spent the next day doing laundry of all our clothes and spraying our belongings to stop the spread into our homes - we still don’t know if we did enough to avoid an infestation. A relaxing family vacation turned into a stressful situation with lots of additional work.
