Beautiful view. Lots of space and light. Perfect for our family of 11. Very clean. Well appointed. Would stay here again.

Overall, the chalet is nice and well located, but there are a few important things to note.\nSome of the fixtures appear to be installed cheaply, which caused issues during our stay.\n\nWhen we arrived at check-in, the cleaning person was still there and apologized as the floors were not yet finished. Upon entering, the main living area was quite dusty and there was visible grime on the carpets, which was disappointing.\n\nAt checkout, we made sure to clean the entire chalet ourselves so everything would be left in excellent condition. Stephanie was very kind and confirmed that we left the place in amazing shape. Unfortunately, afterward, her co-hosts accused us of breaking a microwave and attempted to charge us for it. This was very stressful, especially since we did not cause the damage. They later realized it had occurred during a different stay and apologized, but the situation took away from what was meant to be a relaxing family getaway.\n\nStephanie herself was friendly, accommodating,

Amazing view and great amenities, perfect spot for big groups! Only complaint is that it felt a bit expensive considering some stuff felt badly renovated or cheaply repaired (towel racks not well screwed into the wall, the handle on the freezer was loose and kept coming off, stuff like that). Overall great experience! Stephanie was super flexible with our check in which was really appreciated. I’d come back :)

Le séjour a été agréable.

We had such a wonderful time and felt right at home in Le Zen. It was absolutely GORGEOUS and the photos didn’t do it justice. Getting in and out was super easy, and we especially loved the beds, they were incredibly comfortable! Every guest we had staying with us was impressed, and we truly have zero complaints. Our booking manager was super friendly and very responsive, which made everything even smoother. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxing stay in the Laurentians. AAAAA++++

Great chalet, beautiful view. Everything is clean. Only concern was the bugs I wish there was some kind of mosquito repellent on the patio to let us enjoy time outdoors. A zapper would be great for future guests.

Nice cottage with plenty of natural light and a beautiful view on a pond and forest. Unfortunately, there is a lot of construction going in the area and noisy construction trucks and tractors were passing by the cottage lifting-up dust multiple times per day. The checking and out process was smooth, the frequent communication was helpful, but the constant reminder of the rules is a little heavy.

If you are looking for a secluded experience nestled in the mountain, this spot is for you. Really nice home big enough rooms for multiple couples or families. We enjoyed our stay.l and would go back.

The house was gorgeous and spacious enough for all of us to have privacy and together time. Unfortunately there was no way to make ice as the ice maker was broken and there were no ice cube trays. The host responded quickly but reserve.ca was impossible to reach. We would definitely want to return to the property but would bring more supplies like tin foil and containers for leftovers.

Overall a great stay. As advertised. Could have been better communication with property manager but that did not take away from the great time.

Beautiful view and home, unfortunately also a bunch of hidden fees and rules. Also requested an extra 30 minutes for check out and was promptly rejected with a pre constructed message, which isn’t the biggest deal but just shows how accommodating the hosts are.

Hot tub, Fireplace, Breathtakingly Views. What more could you ask for? Any issue or questions we had Steph was more than helpful and responsive. Would stay again!

We had a great weekend! The place was lovely, very clean, spacious, and gorgeous! Great for 13 people :)
