Walk to Beach - Hot Tub - Pool - Comfort & Space!

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Coco. Patric and Chantal have been very communicative and helpful throughout!

Outstanding stay with a large group. The 5 minute walk to the beach feels even shorter, and you are just a short 15-20 minute walk from town. The entire place is extremely nice and the outdoor area is just perfect. We found ourselves having trouble doing anything else other than hang out outside because of how nice it was. The hosts were excellent. They were responsive, friendly, and more than willing to give any information necessary while also making you feel comfortable. 10/10

Our family of 15 had A great stay! The place was large and the views were beautiful. The pool and hot tub were lovely and we made good use of the projector for movie night! Patrick and Chantel were great hosts, very responsive. We did rent golf carts as it was easier with all the little ones but you could definitely walk to the beach and town if needed!

This place is AMAZING! The Host were great and responsive before and during the trip. The Vila was decorated nicely, amenities were on point, and the kitchen had all the essentials as you would expect from a great host. We even found beach chairs and accessories in the laundry room. My wife and I took the kids with their respective girlfriend and boyfriend and had a great time. The outdoor space provided a great place for game night, which we enjoyed late into the night. We rented golf carts to get back and forth to town and the locals were always waiving and wishing us a Merry Christmas. As previous reviews mentioned, we saw howler monkeys every morning and even mamas carrying their babies along the wall. This is a fantastic Villa to stay at. We will return to this same Villa, if we visit Playa Del Coco again.\n\nThank you Patrick and Chantal for letting us enjoy your Villa.

The place was clean, kitchen was well stocked and the host was extremely responsive to any questions we had. It is close to the beach and the main strip while still being private. We travelled with 11 people (4 adults and 7 young adults) and the separate areas worked very well for us. We rented three golf carts that we were able to charge on site.

This beautiful house is amazing, open space and location. We had a family gathering for a 60th birthday celebration. Family gather had 13 adults and 6 grandkids and when I say this house was perfect IT WAS!! The outdoor undercover patio was a great place to chill mornings and evening. The pool and hot tub was a life saver, grand kids enjoyed every day. Morning times outside sipping coffee was amazing, as we seen several monkeys climbing and hopping to other trees and they were making there loud noise to each other. We also seen several iguanas that blended with the color of tree limbs. We did rent 5 golf carts to get around in Coco, this was perfect for all, it is walking distance to beach, but it was just easy to drive golf cart. Patrick I want to thank you for the Transportation information (Costour) the bus we needed for our big group to pick up and drop off at airport. Baby rental information (Mangobabybeach) Patrick made this so easy!! I will contact him again in the future.

Patrick was extremely acclimating! We loved the boho vibe and simplicity. The home was amazing and we will be back. Perfect for a retreat or large family.

The house is spacious and clean, with a beautiful pool and good barbecue facilities. The automatic gate and the master bedroom TV didn't work properly, which was a bit of an inconvenience. The view from the second floor was especially beautiful. I highly recommend it and would love to stay here again.

Home is absolutely beautiful! Close to the beach, beautiful views, tons of space! We saw monkeys in the trees right out front! Our stay was awesome! Definitely would stay again! And I would definitely recommend this air bnb to anyone looking for a relaxing stay!

Patrick est un excellent hôte: réactif, disponible, serviable, poli. La villa offre tous les services annoncés : spa, piscine, salle de lavage, cuisine. L'entretien est impeccable c'est très propre. Mais l'emplacement comme tel est moins hot: après avoir visité d'autres villas Airbnb lors de ce séjour, le "luxury" annoncé n'est pas au même niveau que ce que l'on peut retrouver ailleurs dans les environs. Le prix est élevé par rapport à la qualité, c'est peut-être propre à Coco Beach, mais le value for money est nettement moins bon que d'autres villas visitées. Le soir, la rue est sans crainte pour des hommes adultes qui parlent espagnol, mais les femmes ne se sont pas senties 100% en sécurité (mettons 85%). Par ailleurs, les chambres sont très spacieuses et les services impeccables.

Patrick was perfect for our stay. The place was spacious, very clean, well equipped and everything was in good working order. It felt comfortable and made our time there easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Place was perfect for large families or groups. Has plenty of privacy and safety. Kitchen was well stocked with necessary cooking tools. Towels and linens were clean and in good condition. Our kids loved the pool and having indoor/outdoor space was amazing especially having plenty of outdoor shade during the day. Walkable to beach and town even with young kids. It was helpful to have a car for groceries and trips. Patrick was responsive when we needed him, but otherwise we didn’t see or heard him so it felt very private. We had a wonderful family holiday and would definitely recommend to friends and return on future trips. Thank you

Wonderful location beautiful home. Extremely spacious and well stocked. Pool was absolutely fantastic. Car port is great. Laundry room is too far from main home which is my only complaint. All in all I had a fantastic stay. Thank you!!

Patrick and Chantal were amazing hosts. They were helpful, responsive and friendly. The property was well-maintained and gorgeous. The pool was clean but is very deep, with no shallow end except for the lounge deck. The best part of staying at the property was seeing the howler monkeys that live in the trees and swing by a few times per day. We had a great stay and would stay here again!

There is not enough good that I can say about this one of a kind Airbnb. Patrick was an amazing host. Providing insight and details throughout out entire trip, and making sure that the accommodations were utterly perfect. The property was stunning. Far exceeded any and all expectations. The location was unbeatable. Walking distance from the beach and plenty of great restaurants and markets. The house was immaculate. Two separate quasi connected homes that were perfect for our entire family plus the in laws that provided the closeness that we wanted without the overbearing feeling of privacy invasion. The pool was absolutely clutch, and the outdoor (covered) bbq/kitchen area was both clean and updated. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the AC was heavenly after coming in from the heat. Literally the best experience ever. If I could give 10 stars, I’d give 15.

We enjoyed our stay in June. We had a large group and it was spacious for all of us. It was very clean and the house was equipped with everything we needed. Patrick and Chantel were great with communication.

I rented this villa for me and my friends to celebrate my birthday and it was absolutely stunning. From the views to the aesthetics in the house to the monkeys that would visit everyday to hang out in the mango tree we were truly living in paradise. Patrick and his wife were so friendly and attentive and the airbnb is exactly how they have it listed! Quick walk to a beautiful beach that’s not overly packed with people. I highly recommend this place for your next stay in Coco!

My group of 6 just returned from 5 nights at this wonderful property. The set-up couldn't have worked better for our group as we had 4 young adults and 2 "moms". There are two buildings, the first holding the kitchen, a living room and two LARGE bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The second has a common space that includes couches, chairs and a pool table, along with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It worked perfectly for us as it allowed the "kids" their own space and could have early to bed/early risers in one building and the later crew in another. The balcony in the master bedroom has an ocean view and is a wonderful place to view sunrises/sunsets on clear days. We saw a family of howler monkeys in the trees right on the property. The outdoor living space is top notch with plenty of room to cook/eat outside, and the pool and Jacuzzi is where we spent much of our time. The beach is also only a 5 minute walk! Highly recommend!

Patrick's place was absolutely amazing! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax comfortably. The pool and outdoor area were excellent—we used them every single day. Highly recommend this place, and we’ll definitely stay here again when we return to Costa Rica!

Amazing property! You will not regret booking this home for your vacation. The outside space was so magical. We saw a family of monkeys moving across the trees. Even a mommy with the baby on her back! So close to the beach but we loved the pool and spent a lot of time at the home. The outside projector was great for the kids. They loved watching movies outside at night. We hired a private chef with Patrick’s recommendation and it was so perfect. Patrick also gave us recommendations for excursions and we booked a trimaran and fishing tour which everyone enjoyed. Thank you Patrick!

The property is spacious and clean. The house is well stocked and has everything you will need! It’s very private and we enjoyed our stay very much! Patrick was great at communicating and was always very willing to help with anything needed! Our family loved the pool/hot tub/ outdoor dining space a lot! A few things to note: The house is split into two houses. One house has the kitchen and two bedrooms with two bathrooms. The other house has three bedrooms with one bathroom and a pool table. Also, the property was a little hard to find as there are a few ways to get down to coco beach. It is at the end of a dirt road in a neighbourhood with very small homes. The neighborhood looks a little rougher, however the neighbours are all very friendly! Patrick’s house is much much nicer than the neighborhood would suggest. It’s a 2-3 minute walk to the beach and a 3-5 min drive to local restaurants and grocery stores/shops. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

The house is well appointed with plenty of plates , silverware and cups. The outdoor area is perfect with the pool being the highlight of the house. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning and fan in the outdoor area were much appreciated. Patrick and Chantal were very responsive to questions and when an issue arose with one of the ac units . We wanted for nothing and the house is super walkable to the beach and restaurants and grocery stores although we did have a car which allowed us to explore more .
